The final hurdle in setting up a business in Davao City is registering with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Davao City is split into two primary districts: RDO 113A (West Davao) and RDO 113B (East Davao).
Where Do You Belong?
RDO 113A (West Davao): Covers Poblacion Districts A–D, Talomo, Toril, Tugbok, Calinan, Marilog, and Baguio.
RDO 113B (East Davao): Covers Buhangin, Bunawan, Paquibato, Sasa, Agdao, Mandug, and Matina Aplaya.
Step-by-Step Registration Workflow:
Apply Online or Walk-In: Register via the BIR Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) or visit the Bolton Extension compound.
Submit Required Documents: Present your SEC/DTI registration, Mayor’s Permit, proof of address, and valid government IDs.
