Integrated Registration via Philippine Business Hub

When registering your company via SEC eSPARC, the system interfaces with the Philippine Business Hub (PBH). This automatically issues pre-reserved employer registration numbers for:

1. SSS (Social Security System): Provides worker disability, sickness, retirement, and death benefits.
2. PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation): Covers employee medical and hospitalization benefits.
3. Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF): Manages housing loan and provident savings programs.

Mandatory Post-Registration Step:

Within 30 days of receiving your employer numbers, log in to each agency’s online portal (SSS Employer Portal, PhilHealth EPRS, and Pag-IBIG Online) to register your business account, submit initial employee rosters (Form R-1A / ER2), and set up monthly contribution processing.
