Finding Your Revenue District Office (RDO) in Cebu
Your corporate BIR registration depends on your registered physical address:
RDO 80 (Cebu City North): Covers northern barangays of Cebu City.
RDO 81 (Cebu City South): Covers southern barangays of Cebu City.
RDO 83 (Mandaue City): Covers Mandaue City and surrounding northern municipalities.
RDO 84 (Talisay City / Lapu-Lapu): Covers southern Cebu and Mactan Island.

Complete BIR Form 1903 (Application for Corporate Registration).
Submit via the ORUS (Online Registration and Update System) portal or directly at your designated RDO.
Pay the annual registration fee and documentary stamp tax (DST) on lease and subscribed shares.
Stamp and register your Books of Accounts.
Secure an Authority to Print (ATP) for official commercial invoices.
