SEC Memorandum Circular No.28 is requiring every corporation under the jurisdiction and supervision of the SEC to submit a valid official and alternate e-mail addresses along with the mobile number and alternate mobile number in the form prescribed by them. The submission also requires an Authorization or Certification of Authorization signed by either an authorized representative or the Corporate Secretary.
